Josefinas was created to honor Josefina Barrera Rodríguez, a devoted single mother who raised her children with faith, discipline, and love. She taught them that nothing in life comes without effort and that respect, mercy, and gratitude matter in every season. Her cooking brought the family together, and her values shape everything we serve today.
